The return should be communicated by email to the following address: info@nuovasainsrl.it

Once the return notice is received Nuova Sain will quickly notify the customer of the instructions for returning the products.

IMPORTANT: You will only have the option of taking one or more products of the same value as the returned product.

The consumer must return the goods to:

The goods must be intact and in its original packaging.

The customer is required to affix his name on the package, marked “e-commerce return”.

The return can be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

1. The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased in their entirety;
2. Upon its arrival at Nuova Sain headquarters the product will be examined to assess any damage tampering or wear and tear of the same, if the packaging and / or the original packaging is damaged the customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

The procedure for the replacement of a product may be activated as a result of the occurrence of one of the following hypotheses:

1. The size and/or color does not meet the customer’s requirements
2. If the product received does not meet the parameters described on the site.

In each of the cases listed above, shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the shipment must be made by express courier.

The cost of the exchange service is €5.00.

The customer who decides to request an exchange of the product must contact Nuova Sain by email at the following address info@nuovasainsrl.it and wait for exchange authorization.

It will be necessary to have the following data available:
1. Order number
2. Customer email address

When requesting product substitutions, the customer will need to comply with the following:

1. The product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must still have intact packaging.
2. The label (identifying item brand and size) must still be attached to the product.
3. The product may be replaced with the same item in a different size and color or with a product of the same value.

Nuova Sain reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting or not accepting the exchange.

In the event that Nuova Sain does not have the availability of the product to be replaced the same will refund within 10 days of receipt of the same, with the same method of payment used for the purchase (in the case of cash on delivery payment the refund will be made by bank transfer).

In the event that all conditions of exchange are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer by charging him the cost of redelivery.
